I love the horses and they are what I do best. I raised and trained horses, bought, sold, had foals, just plain loved them for years. Now it is to expensive to keep them, but I can use them in art! This work was done in pencil and smeary tools. It was a challenge for a newbe.

help with drawing (not done)

I did this drawing by using photos ,composite layers,painting and drawing. I fill stuck and would like some help I like to take some of the white texture away from the bottom of the left corner and I want to clean up some of the pink in the trees but I don't know how. I also like any suggestions...

Work in progress: Bob's Escape

This is a concept art for a story I am working on inspired by the novel 1984 by Orwell. This scene Bob just figured out being a second class citizen is not what he wants to be and finds an escape route to the sewers of the totalitarian city. I used digital watercolor, pen, oil, and a bit of glow.

Wow Jinny, thank you for such kind words about my work! Since I wrote that I've been playing with Auto-paint and I dont' see that it can really help me. I have images that I've created in Photoshop that when I import to Painter lose all the layer styles like drop shadow, etc. It might work...
